Can any remote control my motorised blinds?
No. The remote must match the motor brand and control technology. Automate and Somfy controls are not interchangeable, and Somfy RTS and Zigbee controls are also different.
Do Automate remotes work with every Automate motor?
Automate Push and Paradigm ARC remotes work with compatible Automate ARC motors. Wired motors without an ARC receiver may require additional control equipment.
Can one remote control multiple blinds?
Yes. Multiple compatible motors can be programmed to the same channel when you want them to move together. A multi-channel remote lets you control individual blinds, rooms or groups separately.
Do I need a smart hub?
